CrossFit City Road introduce a beginner's course at Old Street and Victoria

We are on our way out of the EU and the pound is taking a thrashing. Luckily £75 is still worth £75 and that is all you need to enrol in our new CrossFit beginners course!


We know that a lot of you feel unsure about jumping straight into our main class. We understand. It’s not easy to throw yourself in to that kind of situation.

That’s why we have created a four week course to introduce you to the fundamentals of CrossFit. The sessions have been specifically tailored to those of you with very limited experience. We will be building from the ground up, showing you the dos and don’ts of the most effective exercises in strength and conditioning: from squats and deadlifts, to power cleans and kipping pull-ups. Whether you intend on doing CrossFit in the long term or not, you need to know how to perform these movements well.

That said, the sessions are also designed to give you a taste of the challenge that CrossFit provides. After the technique work is done, we will take you through some classic CrossFit metcons. These will be hard (but completely accessible to rank beginners). They will give you just a hint of a flavour of the programming we bring to our members to get them fit, athletic and lean.

You don’t need to be a member of CrossFit City Road to join the fun. All you have to do is register below. Move fast to avoid disappointment: we are limiting places to 15 in each class!
