Get in incredible shape with our new Mountain Mayhem class to prepare for four nights Mountain Bootcamp in Chamonix.
Mountain Mayhem is a new studio based class to prepare you for the Chamonix Hard Cross Mountain Bootcamp expedition in May. The class is based upon constant movement for 45 minutes, mimicking the exertions that would be required while alpining or trekking at high altitude. Expect a challenging mix of aerobic and anaerobic exercises unlike anything offered from the existing classes.
The Chamonix Hard Cross Mountain Bootcamp takes place on May 28th-June 1st. This four night training and conditioning event has been specifically designed for individuals to take their fitness to new levels. The event is led by world-leading guides, trail athletes and fitness experts in the most extraordinary environment and hosted by fitness, nutrition and hydration experts.
The four night retreat will provide a combination of time on the mountain trails (speed hiking) and boot camp style strength, core and yoga sessions in the valley. The programme and nutrition are designed to boost your metabolism like never before, and give each individual a much better understanding of how exercise and nutrition can work in tandem for extraordinary results. All meals are designed by Matt Lovell and resident nutritionist, Alison Stork, with meals prepared fresh for you by our chef.
