Hooray! The Expendables 3 is out in time for Christmas, on DVD and Blu-ray now. We're so excited we asked Ronda Rousey, who stars in the movie, to share her top fitness tips. You can also win a copy of the DVD, scroll down to the bottom for the question.
Ronda Rousey's top tips to get in shape after the festive season.
"The first would be to drink at least a gallon of water a day to try and flush out all the holiday ridiculousness. At least a gallon; go for two if possible".
"Another would be that whatever you do to workout make sure it's actually something you enjoy. Working out shouldn't be a sacrifice you have to make in order to be rewarded with a great body later, working out should be a reward in itself and the health of your body improving is just a bonus".
"Also incidental exercise - this is something I do all the time, for example I'll purposefully park further away in the parking lot so I have to walk a little more or I'll take the stairs and not the moving walkway, little things like that during the day all add up".
"What helped me a lot when I was younger was that I kept a diet journal, I would just write down everything I ate in the day and the times that I ate it. It's hard to know how much your mind lets you eat, so you really get to know your own habits once you write it down and reference it, you can see what you have to change".
