Biography

Coming from a background in dance and musical theatre, Alessandra teaches Pilates, Barre and fitness classes across London.

Having first come across Pilates during her dance training, she developed a strong interest in the subject as it improved her dance technique significantly while rehabilitating and preventing injuries.

Alessandra decided to become an instructor herself and has experience in teaching a variety of clients with different fitness needs, emphasizing postural alignment and core strength.

She completed her training as a Pilates instructor with STOTT Pilates and also holds the Level 3 Pilates certification with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).

Electronic, retro and anything with strong vocals.

What is your guilty pleasure?

Smoothies. I'm in love with my blender and could drink my bodyweight in smoothies at any time of the day.

The funky class concepts, the music, and – most importantly – the people.
