It has great energy and versatility, two attributes I feel we share!

What music style describes you?

Straight up gangsta rap!! (Bonus points if you guess the quote!)

What is your guilty pleasure?

Guinness.

What is your favourite thing about Gymbox?

The people. The calibre of staff is second to none, be it instructors, trainers, or reception staff - everyone is on top of their game, and so friendly to boot! And the members LOVE training! Their passion and energy make me love what I do even more.

Who is your favourite rockstar (popstar/music artist)?

I don't know if I have a favourite, what I'm listening to very much depends on my mood. I'm a big fan of Jurassic 5, City and Colour, and Jay-Z. I'm drawn to intelligent, articulate lyrics as well as good tunes. Jay-Z has one of my all time favourite lyrics, "I'm so enlightened I might glow in the dark." Very funny.
