Biography

This qualified personal trainer and instructor who participated in a wide range of sports from rugby to gymnastics, began dancing at the age of 3! She was lucky enough to take class with the Royal Children's School of Ballet and later some of the originators of hip-hop before becoming a professional dancer at the age of 17. She is the crazy Essex girl around London town who you hear before you see! Don't be fooled by her sweet smile and 5ft2 frame, she's a little pocket rocket who takes no prisoners.

Anything goes!! I'm always up for trying something different.

What music style describes you?

All depends on my mood! A good mix of old school garage and deep house.

What is your guilty pleasure?

A cold glass of cider whilst sat by the river on a hot summer's day.

What is your favourite thing about Gymbox?

The people and the acceptance! Everyone's got their own edge to them, no one judges - I could rock up tomorrow dressed as superwoman and no one would blink an eyelid!

Who is your favourite rockstar?

Have you ever seen Pink perform live? As a performer she hits the nail on the head every time! She'd make an amazing instructor, you can just tell!
