Hannah trained as a professional dancer, graduating from Bird College in 2009 and gaining her ETM qualification in 2011. A back injury in 2012 meant that she had to give up dancing but also led her to yoga. In 2014 Hannah decided to re-train as a yoga instructor to continue her love for helping people move their bodies and avoid injury, it has also helped heal and strengthen her back, allowing her to teach more high impact classes such as Pound!


How does Gymbox as a brand reflect your personality?

Gymbox reflects the dancer in me - high energy, inquisitive (some might say nosey!) with a love for getting sweaty and seeing what my body can do for me today.

What music style describes you?

I'd like to think that something like funk would describe me well, an awesome beat, and a touch of the old school..... Though Funk is probably a little too cool for me so maybe it's more likely to be some of the disco classics!!!

What is your guilty pleasure?

I'm not sure it's particularly guilty but I do love a good nap!!! My excuse being that I hate being tired/under par, I want to be on top form 100% of the time :)

What is your favourite thing about Gymbox?

My favourite thing about GymBox is the massive range of classes on offer, I want to try them all!

Who is your favourite rockstar?

My favourite rockstar, to be honest I think it depends on my mood... At the moment I am loving Years and Years, I saw them at a festival last summer and they blew me away so it's super exciting seeing them being launched into the mainstream and getting some serious recognition, their unplugged version of Take Shelter is gorgeous.
