Jamie has been working in the fitness industry for a huge amount of time and has developed many fun and full classes, not just with spin, but with other group classes and personal training. He has a love for the fitness industry and an even bigger love for the Gymbox team.

How does Gymbox as a brand reflect your personality?

Gymbox has beaten the ordinary style of gyms by throwing in some flair and bending the rules, and I myself love to bend the rules and create a vibe, especially during my classes by bringing in a bit of cheekiness. Gymbox is far more fun than any other gym I have been to and I like to express that with an upbeat attitude!

What music style describes you?

Most likely electro house with its transcendence between upbeat euphoria, and calm and collected. I have my moments of boundless energy and building up the atmosphere and then I can bring it right back down to when I need to be serious and clear in teaching.

What is your guilty pleasure?

Blueberry muffins... I honestly can't get enough. Hand me one and I'll be in your debt.

What is your favourite thing about Gymbox?

For me there are 2 things - the staff and the equipment. There are a huge amount of different personalities which bounce off one another and at Gymbox we're more of a family which we can share our day's events and have laugh. The equipment is fantastic and makes the difference in the classes and workouts. I love the members too.

Who is your favourite rockstar?

Hard choice but I do love a bit of old school and The Prodigy maybe tops it for me. Both new and old, their music always gets me in the mood for anything!
