Biography

Jason has been with Gymbox since It's inception and is proud to form part of the original team. He is an International Fitness Presenter/Master Trainer/Choreographer with over 20 years in the dance and fitness industry. Jason has also created many concepts and courses and choreographed for the largest fashion house in the world at the Tate Modern and has received multiple awards for his work in the industry. Jason loves to motivate people and believes that fitness should be fun, which is why the creativity and uniqueness of Gymbox fits perfectly! Jason specialises in Kangoo, Pilates, Spinning as well as Dance and is also fully trained in several styles of massage and has a background in Nutrition.

How does the Gymbox brand reflect your personality?

At Gymbox I get to use my Crazy, Creative, Fun, Energetic side allowing me to be me which our fun, crazy members seem to enjoy ;-)

What music style best describes you?

Hmm tough one, just like my taste in music I would describe myself as eclectic but Latin and Afro/Tribal beats always get me.

What is your guilty pleasure?

I do have a sweet tooth so a hot chocolate now and then, oh I also love Musicals.

What is your favourite thing about Gymbox?

That's got to be the unique Style, Energy and flavour that the Instructors, Staff and Members bring.

Who is your favourite music artist?

With my varied taste I don't have a singular favourite why have one when you can have all lol.
