Biography

Jessica is an enthusiastic teacher and performer who enjoys sharing her fitness and wellbeing experiences with her classes. Body movement and expression has been in her blood from very early, starting dancing at age three and moving on to training and competing as a figure skater from the age of eight to 18. Jessica learnt about discipline and training from a young age, and nowadays you can catch this petite powerhouse climbing, swinging, hanging, bending and pulling from aerial hoops, slings, ropes and trapeze bars. Jessica is a qualified Pilates, Aerial Pilates and CircusFit instructor, teaching aerial classes at various Gymbox branches and other circus schools around London. She strives to promote a holistic balance of wellbeing mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally, making sure that her students have a positive and informed attitude to their fitness journey.

How does Gymbox as a brand reflect your personality?

I have bags of energy, at times too much! I love lovely people and working together in a positive environment. Gymbox and the instructors, staff and members definitely live up to my standards and allow me to teach a classes with a perfect balance of energy and enthusiasm, with calming visualisation and breathing.

What music style describes you?

This is an impossible question as I'm like a human juke box. Put it this way, I couldn't live without Spotify as my musical tastes range from, folk to gypsy swing to power ballads to reggae to old skool garage. Like my personality it's all a bit random.

What is your guilty pleasure?

CHEESEBURGERS!

What is your favourite thing about Gymbox?

Apart from the coconut hand soap, I like the feeling of being transported to another dimension. Gymbox is like its very own workout planet.
