Biography

Krista began to dance as soon as she could walk. Training at the Royal Ballet School for 3 years made her appreciate how training and exercise make your body strong, lean and supple. Krista then gained her Bsc Hons Sport & Science degree, and now, as a fully qualified and experienced PT, Krista takes her training very seriously. She brings bundles of energy and enthusiasm to her PT sessions and classes to make them equally fun and challenging! Krista believes that your body is your most important asset and it is her job to make sure you look after it.

How does Gymbox as a brand reflect your personality?
It definitely keeps me on my toes! Gymbox is super crazy, fun and extremely passionate about fitness and health.


What music style describes you?
A bit of girly old school R&B or hard core Hip Hop, depending on my mood.


What is your guilty pleasure?
White chocolate M&Ms. Totally amazing.

What is your favourite thing about Gymbox?
The thumping music, bright colours and enthusiastic Gymboxers make you so ready for it!
