Biography

Laura holds the highest certification awarded by Yoga Alliance UK. She studied under the great Swami Niralananda Giri at the Sivananda yoga centre, Kerala, and remains true to her traditional Yoga roots.

Laura teaches with humour and ease, her classes are challenging and dynamic, creating a practice that detoxifies and restores the body and mind.

With a BA in Psychology and Qualifications in nutritional therapy, Laura's approach to fitness is holistic and intelligent and she's always happy to answer any questions you have about your yoga, Pilates, nutrition or fitness regime.

It doesn't conform to anyone's norm, just like me.

What music style describes you?

My itunes is always full of smooth jazz tunes that I love to play in my classes, anything soulful and chilled is right up my street!

What is your guilty pleasure?

One word: Armageddon.

The people, the tunes, the vibe, the tattoos, the people, the noise, the fun, the fights, the spaces, did I mention the people?
