Biography

Lawrence is an experienced Personal Trainer and Studio Instructor with a love of calisthenics, strength training and body building. This passion led him to teach classes predominantly focused on these methods of training: Frame Fitness, Ripped and Stripped, Drill Sergeant, and Kettlebells. With his loud, no-nonsense, hard core attitude, you can be sure to be pushed beyond your limits when training with Lawrence.
