Biography

Born and raised in the north of Sweden with a great passion for winter sports, Nik is a creative and energetic International Group fitness presenter. Recognized as a key individual in the fitness industry, he demonstrates results through his dance and fitness classes.

Since he began training at the Royal Ballet School at the age of eight, he has not stopped dancing. His fitness career took off teaching indoor cycling and fitness aerobics in 1997. Since, he has become a member of Team Nike, and has travelled the world presenting his dance and fitness classes.

Nik teaches Commercial Dance, Pole, Pound, FightKlub, Rave, Cycling, Yoga, Strengthening and Conditioning classes.

Q&A

How does Gym box as a brand reflect your personality?

Gymbox encourages me to become the best I can be; I always have to work harder, become stronger, run faster and think outside the box. I am always up for challenges, so I guess we are a perfect match.

What music style describes you?

I love bass. As long as the bass is heavy, I can listen to anything.

What is your guilty pleasure?

I don't have a sweet tooth at all, but if you placed oatmeal cookies in front of me I wouldn't be able to help myself from tasting them … all.

What is your favourite thing about Gymbox?

The people, my friends, my colleages, the vibe, the atmosphere! For me, Gymbox is a lifestyle, and if like me you love to work out hard, get great results, and surround yourself with great people then you know where to go!

Who is your favourite rockstar?

My favourite rockstar on Earth is of course my Mum. Unfortunately, she doesn't sing too well so she is only famous in my family ... So second place would have to be Tina Turner, simply because she is absolutely amazing, full of power and has shown the world that anything is possible.
