Biography

Robin studied at the Sport ADT university in Brunel and achieved a Sport Science and Management degree. He is also qualified in sports massage, a REPS level 3 personal trainer, as well being trained with a military background. Robin's inspiration is his love and passion for what he does. It began while working in a leisure centre at 15 years old watching a 50 year old man command 70+ people in a sports hall. Since then he has aimed to upskill himself to be the best he could possible be.

How does Gymbox as a brand reflect your personality?

Gymbox as a brand is best described as a gym with no inhibitions … 'Anything Goes'.

What music style describes you?

I used to DJ (still do once in a while) and since teaching I have learnt that music is everything! My music is open minded and I can honestly say I always have people asking me for a copy of whatever I play!

From ol skool garage, funky house, liquid drum n bass, RnB, hip-hop, jazz, rock, soulful house, soca, trance and a lot more.

What is your guilty pleasure?

My guilty pleasure is simple: stripping you down, showing you yourself, then together rebuilding you! My training is real, it's damn real.

What is your favourite thing about Gymbox?

Everything! Gymbox is a gym NOT a health club! You either train or you don't train.

The teaching levels that I set are not for the average Joe - renowned for a huge weekly Group ex timetable I am proud to be part of this establishment.
