Let me be your sherpa up the mountain of health and fitness...I entered personal training after a short career in rugby. Now I am heavily involved in Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Crossfit, Mountaineering and Obstacle Courses, and love them all.Having extensive training and experience in helping all demographics with improving their quality of life and sporting ability, I offer bespoke programming, goal setting and nutritional assistance.There is no right or wrong answer for anyone, but there is always a way for someone to enjoy getting fitter.
