Coaching and programming is designed to be rewarding and fun and varies from HIIT (high intensity interval training), weight training, flexibility and core stability. Tailor made training plans for specific events from 10km runs to triathlons can be provided to work on alongside personal training. Of course all training methods are catered towards the client's goals and served with a side of nutritional advice. Elspeth is genuinely interested in supporting and motivating clients of all backgrounds and levels of fitness to achieve what they thought was once not possible.
