Elspeth has a passion to explore the capabilities of the human body and mind in terms of strength and endurance. Elspeth achievements include representing Great Britain in the UCI Amateur world championships in road cycling in 2015, a championship qualifying time for London Marathon in 2013, has complete in a few triathlons and actually enjoys cold water swimming. Elspeth’s style and methods of personal training will challenge your body to new dimensions, whilst giving you an awareness of how you as an individual can develop strength, take on new challenges with confidence and function efficiently for optimal health and wellbeing. Coaching and programming is designed to be rewarding and fun and varies from HIIT(high intensity interval training) weight training, flexibility and core stability. Tailor made training plans for specific events from 10kms to triathlons can be provided to work on alongside personal training. Of course all training methods are catered towards the clients goals and served with a side of nutritional advice if requested, based on the individuals needs and requirements. Elspeth is genuinely interested in supporting and motivating clients of all backgrounds and levels of fitness to achieve what they thought was once not possible.
