The golden rule of fitness is that you have to enjoy it. I spent years trying to get 'into' the gym, doing well for a month, then not going for 3 weeks, and realised that in order to get results you have to want to go and train!Whatever your goal I can help you to reach it; I specialise in body transformation, am a lover of boxing and MMA and really enjoy working with people. My sessions typically involve toning and strengthening, I like exercises that improve agility and stamina, generally making for a healthier and happier you.A work out is something you can look forward to; there is no substitute for hard work but using exercises that require skill and practice is best, as concentrating on what you're doing means you wont dwell on how tired you are..I look forward to starting our journey together and achieving the results you need.Henry...
