As a former competitive swimmer, track and half marathon athlete, and having grown up with siblings on the Hong Kong National Swimming Squad and Triathlon Team I understand the myriad ways of training, the importance of diet and rest, as well as the physical and mental challenges that may interfere with your ability to achieve your goals.I can therefore easily adapt to your busy lifestyle, fitness levels and physical needs. From high intensity plyometrics and circuit training to improve muscular endurance and enhance fat loss, to power liftingand weight training to improve your strength and develop muscle tone.
