Biography

Joli started weight training in 2013. Since she has started training she is more determined, more focused, more fearless, more disciplined. She believes it's not just about the body, when she trains she trains her mind too. Her vision is to make strong women even stronger. Joli has an extravert bubbly personality and very positive energy. She knows how to bring joy and have fun while she will make sure you're achieving your goals whether it is weight/fat loss, getting stronger or generally get healthier and fitter.
