I am a highly qualified Personal Trainer, Krav Maga (Israel Self-Defence) and Exercise to Music Instructor. My training sessions are unique as I am able to combine traditional Personal Training with Self-Defence techniques or fitness training to music.My approach to training is based on gaining a deep understanding of my clients goals, needs and individual preferences. I am able to develop programmes that are highly tailored to each individual. No two people are the same.You do not need to be an athlete to train well and start seeing results. You only need to know how to train in a way that is best suited to you. This is what I am here to help you with.Nothing is more satisfying to me than smashing goals, seeing visible results fast and witnessing the confidence boost that my training's give to my clients.With over 8 years of experience in Personal Training and teaching Krav Maga, I have worked with a wide range of people, including many top athletes and fighters from around the world, I therefore have a wealth of experience in strength and conditioning, weight management and nutrition. Having trained in a variety of Martial Arts (Karate, Kickboxing, Boxing, BJJ and MMA) since the age of 6 and competed in numerous athletic competitions, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience that I want to share with all my clients.Outside of being a motivating, hard working, whip cracking Personal Trainer I enjoy photography, cooking (but prefer eating) and travelling to explore exciting places.
