Biography

Fitness hasn’t always been a part of my life. I had to work hard to change my body and my mindset, but I am proof it can be done. When I became a member of Gymbox, I was 4 stone heavier, scared of what people thought of me when I worked out and sure I would never have the body I wanted. I know how hard it can be to make a change, but if I can do it, so can you!!! My training philosophy is simple; if you are consistent and enjoy what you do, you will reach your goals. As your trainer I will use all of the knowledge that I have to create you an effective, time efficient and totally personalised programme. I will design your programme using any aspects of the gym you may already enjoy, whilst teaching you new ways to train that you may not have tried before, such as strength and resistance training. So, whether you want to lose fat and gain muscle, get stronger and more powerful, become confident in the weight room or you simply just want to enjoy working out, I can help you attain and even surpass your goals.
