Biography

I am a highly experienced fitness presenter and personal trainer.I believe in and pride myself on getting my clients to achieve consistent and sustainable change. I relish motivating, supporting and encouraging my clients using first class training and nutritional advice. Whatever your goals are I can help you achieve them with a smile on your face and a positive attitude. I believe fitness can be fun while still being highly effective. If I'm not in the gym training I'll be skating Hyde Park as I'm a keen roller skater.
