Matteo has 12 years experience within the Fitness Industry, training in combat sports and Crossfit. His background consists of a mixture of boxing, Muay Thai and MMA. Matteo knows what no pain no gain means.With a love for fighting brought him to compete in Mixed Martial Arts several times all across Europe. He now coaches and competes in Crossfit. Matteo has been a Personal Trainer since 2013, working in the best London Clubs. He also teaches a variety of Functional Classes for Gymbox. With many years of experience, Matteo has been able to change and improve his own and other people's bodies and lives.
