Performance goals ensure a drive to succeed and your body will change as a result. BackgroundI've been a trainer since 2005 and since then have also completed an Honors in sports psychology. With a background in many competitivesports ranging from Rugby to Athletics and currently coaching/competing in Crossfit a a national and European level, where I have won multiple titles as an individual and also as part of a team. This has given me the opportunity to learn from and work alongside the top coaches and athletes in the world.With my background and continual broadening knowledge within the health and fitness industry I promise all of my clients will benefit from an individualised workout that is challenging, motivating and fun.
