My background in fitness is varied from competing in the top Boat at University, to spending the last year training and competing at Crossfit, alongside completing several triathlons, and finishing top 15 in the my first Trail Marathon around the South Downs. I am a girl who loves lifting heavy yet still loves my running and cycling. They say you can't do it all, but I'll give it a good go. When training with me you will gain a method of exercising that you can incorporate specifically in to your lifestyle. My ultimate aim is that you transform in to the happiest version of yourself period. Whether this comes from exercising 3 times a week to simply feel better within yourself or whether you have a specific event coming up that you need to train for from a 5K run to a Marathon or more. There are so many set events now that the options are truly endless. I want you to achieve, I will do everything to get you there and failing simply is not in my vocabulary, so we got this. My training sessions are specific to what you want to achieve, are fun, sociable, I offer great variety and you will leave feeling like you can achieve whatever you set your mind too.
