Nicola has a background competing as a rower, triathlete, marathon runner and now CrossFitter. Nicola's method of training is based around functional fitness training; this will be bodyweight movement, kettle bells, boxes and many other objects. She has great experience training people who have never set foot in a gym before and has had several amazing transformations. She has also trained runners and other athletes who need sport specific training. Come train with her if you want to improve your general fitness, have fun, have a laugh and sweat.
