Alex is a movement/mobility focused trainer and student. His training methods will enable you to learn skills such as handstand, single leg squat, pull up, muscle up, front/back lever, back bridge and more. Throughout the process you will learn how to move your body with more strength, control, power and grace, crafting a functional physique that is reflective of your new found movement capacity.
