Training and getting results should not be seen as a chore. Training with Dan will incorporate interesting and exciting drills that will inspire you to work hard. Dans workout plans include exercises that you probably have not performed before which will allow you to build up a substantial knowledge of what to do in order to reach your targets. No mountain is too steep for Dan, your goal is his goal and your training programme will be tailored to reflect your fitness goals. All training programmes will include instruction on what to do when not with Dan, including workout plans and nutritional advice.
