She is a strong believer in finding both physical and mental strength through exercise while setting sustainable goals to promote long term lifestyle changes. Her diverse background as a dancer, rower and physique competitor has enabled her to take a new-found approach to personal training, programming and nutrition. She strives to combine her own experiences with training, along with the most up to date research to offer a unique and individual experience for every client.
