Jayne is firm believer in sustainable, goal-driven progression rather than quick fixes. She combines her experience working with clients, her own training as a physique competitor, and up to date scientific evidence in creating the most sustainable and personalised training and diet plans to help her clients without restricting their lifestyles. She prides herself on being able to teach her clients new skills, the importance of movement in injury prevention and athletic performance, as well as developing their understanding of how and why they should make incremental changes for a healthier lifestyle.
