Joseph Amadi


Joseph is an experienced personal trainer with over five years’ experience in calisthenics and HIT training. As a regular attendee of physical events such as Tough Mudder, he understands the value of an activity where people motivate and support each other for a common goal and can do the same for you. He loves to motivate individuals to achieve their vision and believes there is no reason a person cannot reach their goal as long as they put in the right amount of effort whether it’s through strengthening, conditioning or fat loss.
