Josh always works closely with his clients to understand their training goals and then develops a bespoke training plan so they will achieve them. Josh is a motivational trainer specialising in strength, weight and cardio training, generating amazing results for all his clients in as little as four weeks. He delivers a training programme that are designed to challenge his clients and build a strong physique using a number of techniques including hypertrophy, cardio vascular and endurance training. Understanding that everyone's personality, goals and requirements are different, he adopts an adaptable approach and training methods to ensure that all his clients see results and get the most out of their training sessions.
