Keith Carroll


A former Royal Marine Commando and Body Guard, with over 13 years experience overcoming challenges and achieving goals. Keith competed as a Boxer and Thai Boxer before becoming a self-defense instructor where he trained bodyguards worldwide. Keith has been fitness training for 17 years and teaching for 7. He's completed expeditions in the Arctic, jungles and deserts of the world, where he learnt the power of the human spirit to overcome adversity.
