Biography

Having competed in athletics for 7 years, Aaron brings all of his experience from training with world and Olympic athletes. Much of his training is orientated around strength; lifting as close to you're body weight as possible and understanding muscle contraction/time under tension and the benefits it brings to training.

His classes are usually structured around pull ups, chin ups, a variety of Burpee and the odd motivational movie quote.

Diverse and aspirational, everyone wants to part of the brand, Gymbox thinks outside the box and drives innovation.

What music style describes you?

My music style varies from day to day, I listen to a lot of American urban hip hop radio, but I'm known to have some trip-hop and orchestral mixes in my music library.

What is your guilty pleasure?

Kinder beuno milk sticks.

I love the fact it's a lifestyle not another gym company.
