Biography

Nima Jam is the creator of the Gymbox creative class Frame Bandits as well as a Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Sports Massage Therapist and Nutritional Consultant. Nima began his fitness career with a sporting background in Basketball and continues to sprint in competitive athletic events. He applies the knowledge he has gained throughout his career from his extensive background in sport, coaches and peers to the classes he instructs.
