I love to help my clients to achieve a body that not only looks better, but feels and moves better.The results you desire will not be created just in the gym, but by the decisions you take every day. What you eat, when you eat and how well you sleep, will amongst others determine whether you will reach your goals. This is why I believe in not only providing my clients with a well designed exercise programme but full nutritional support and advice to help you consistently improve.I first qualified as a trainer way back in 2000. Since then I have constantly studied to improve my ability as trainer and improve the results I can provide.
