Rob works with clients of all backgrounds and physical capabilities.His primary goal is to make sure all of his clients have the best time of their day at the gym. He is a stickler for proper technique and often that requires working on posture and mobility.Rob uses functional gymnastic and weightlifting movements to help his clients reach their strength, fitness, muscle development and weight loss goals effectively and efficiently. He emphasises the importance of nutrition and guides his clients in making manageable and sustainable changes to improve body composition and performance. As well as being a qualified personal trainer, Rob is a level 2 CrossFit trainer, a competitive athlete and holds a first class masters degree in engineering.
