Every client of mine has a personalised training plan incorporating a variety of different training systems to best effectively reach their goals. I believe the most enjoyable, sustainable and effective approach to fitness is to focus on improving performance and functionality whether that be in relation to strength, fitness or a sport specific motor skill. Shredding body fat and building muscle is a by product of our performance based improvements. I incorporate various means of tracking progress and incentivising my clients.
