Arg is a lifelong boxer with over 30 years of experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to build real strength, resilience, and fighting level conditioning. He began boxing at age 8 and spent over a decade training at the elite Hand of Stone Boxing Gym, the former private training camp of World Champion David Haye, alongside top level fighters including Josh Kelly, George Groves, and Ryan Burnett.
