Frankie has been a Personal Trainer since 2018 and has done martial arts since the age of 10. She began her fitness journey in the gym with a Personal Trainer so she is able to resonate with people experienced and new. In this time she has learnt and understood the science and reasoning behind training and nutrition to apply it to every client’s individual needs. She will push you above and beyond your comfort zone, maximising your potential to not just be good, but to be great.
