Do I need to book Run Club?

Yes run club can be booked via the Gymbox app. Then all you have to do is show up, leave your stuff in a locker and join in.

Is it included in my membership?

Yes, Run Club is included at no extra cost.

What if I'm slow or new to running?

All paces welcome. The crew runs together and no one gets left behind.
