Bloody Good Workout is a women’s strength class built around the menstrual cycle. You’ll hit three stations, each with a strength move and a superset that you can tune to your cycle phase (or the effort your cycle’s cool with today)

About Bloody Time, Right?

The fitness industry’s been ignoring periods for too long. We’re calling it out. Bloody Good Workout is here to flip the script because training through your cycle shouldn’t be guesswork, and strength should never come with stigma.

We’ve teamed up with The Well HQ, leaders in women’s health science, to bring bloody brilliant expertise to the gym floor and with WUKA, pioneers in period underwear, to make sure you can lift, sweat and move comfortably through every phase.
