Club Rules

All Members and Visitors must comply by these Club Rules at all times. Refusal or continual non-compliance with these Rules may result in the Club user being ejected from the premises and termination of Membership if applicable.

GYMBOX reserves the right to make changes to the Club Rules from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately. Copies of these Rules can be obtained from reception or read on this page

1. Flash us your pass

Like any club worth turning up to, if you’re name’s not on the list, you’re not coming in. To train, you’ll need a valid day pass or an active Gymbox membership to scan in with.

2. Secure your stuff

Look, it’s London. Lock your kit away .We’re not responsible for lost or stolen items. But we do sell padlocks at reception if you forget to bring one, and have a locker hire service if that suits

3. Keep it clean

Re-rack your weights. Keep it clean by wiping up, keeping bags off the gym floor and food & drink out of the workout zones. It’ll save you from a whole world of side-eye.

4. Stick with our pros

Train hard. Hype each other. But don’t play coach.

Only Gymbox Personal Trainers can train clients here. No outside trainers, no side hustles, no exceptions. Them’s the rules.

5. Respect the vibe

In the nicest way possible, please… don’t be a dick. Respect the space, the kit, and the people around you. Anything less just brings a stink like a fortnight-old protein shake.

We also have zero tolerance for racism, sexism, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind.f something happens, speak to any of our team, or keep it low-key and report it via the Gymbox app or our website’s contact form.

6. Check the fit

You can’t do fitness without the fit. Wear proper gym gear – no jeans, flip-flops or anything likely to offend or injure. And while we love the gains, please do keep your top (and shoes) on while training.

7. Point that thing carefully

We get that it’s hard to not flex your Gymbox membership, but do think before you start papping. Changing rooms, toilets and saunas are a photograph and video-free zone. On the gym floor areas, film your lifts… not strangers.

All content should comply with club rules. Want to do a professional shoot? Just get it cleared with the team first.
