Here are a few ways to make those precious 30 minutes count: 

Circuit Smash

Think 5 exercises, 5 rounds, minimal rest. Squats, push-ups, burpees, kettlebell swings, and planks. Done. Fast. Brutal. Beautiful. 

HIIT Sprints

Hop on the treadmill or assault bike. 30 seconds max effort, 30 seconds chill. Repeat 10–15 rounds. That’s a sweat angel on the floor guaranteed. 

Strength Snack

Pick two big lifts (deadlifts + overhead press, for example). Superset them with 8–10 reps, rest a minute, repeat for 5 rounds. Strength gains in half an hour flat. 

Mobility + Core Flow

Not every session has to leave you drenched. Hit some yoga-inspired flows, stretch, and work your abs. You’ll walk back into the office looser, taller, and smugger.
