With over 3 years of experience, she is a Level 2 & Level 3 Personal Trainer, HYROX Coach and Athlete, Running and Performance Coach. She specialises in strength training, body recomposition, glute development, fat loss, functional training, and athletic performance, helping clients train with purpose and build lasting confidence.
