Muscle soreness? Stress? Sad winter face? Red Light Therapy has entered the chat.
Red Light Therapy (RLT) is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to supercharge your cells. Think: faster recovery, improved skin, reduced inflammation, and vibes so chill your cortisol gives up.

Benefits include:
We’ve installed bookable Red Light beds at:
There’s one bed for men, one for women — because boundaries, hygiene, and good vibes matter.
Each session is 30 minutes, and included in your membership. Just book via the Gymbox App and bask in the glow.
You don’t need to know your mitochondria from your macros, (our PTs can help you with that). Just step in, zone out, and let the light do its thing.

We recommend 2–4 sessions a week for regular recovery, or a few days post-crushing a HYROX class.
Damn straight, all classes and therapies are included in the Gymbox membership
Each member can book a maximum of one session, per day.
We currently have beds in Gymbox Finsbury Park and Farringdon.
Bookings are all done via the Gymbox app, simply open the app and click ‘Book Therapy’ within one of the appropriate clubs to select your slot.
Yes, antibacterial spray and tissues are provided in the room. We ask all members to wipe down the beds before and after their sessions.
