Red Light THerapy

Science but make it sexy

Gymbox Finsbury Park Red light therapy
what even is red light therapy?

Good question.

Welcome to your glow-up. It’s recovery, but make it futuristic.

Forget cucumber slices and whale music. This is biohacking for people who train hard and rest harder.

Muscle soreness? Stress? Sad winter face? Red Light Therapy has entered the chat.

Red Light Therapy (RLT) is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to supercharge your cells. Think: faster recovery, improved skin, reduced inflammation, and vibes so chill your cortisol gives up.

In other words, it’s like sunbathing in space, but better for your quads and your jawline.

Recovery isn’t a luxury, it’s part of the grind.

Why Use It?

Benefits include:

  • Muscle recovery: Less DOMS, more PBs

  • Reduced inflammation: Feel less like a bin fire after leg day

  • Skin health: Clearer, glowier, smugger

  • Mood boost: Light up your cells and your serotonin

  • Sleep quality: Snooze deeper, wake stronger
Where Can I Use It?

We’ve installed bookable Red Light beds at:

There’s one bed for men, one for women — because boundaries, hygiene, and good vibes matter.

Each session is 30 minutes, and included in your membership. Just book via the Gymbox App and bask in the glow.

Who’s It For?
  • Lifters with tight traps

  • Runners with fried calves

  • Party animals with tired skin

  • Stress heads in need of a zen reset

  • Literally anyone with a body

You don’t need to know your mitochondria from your macros, (our PTs can help you with that). Just step in, zone out, and let the light do its thing.

How Often Should I Use It?

As often as your body begs you to.

We recommend 2–4 sessions a week for regular recovery, or a few days post-crushing a HYROX class.
