How to Prepare for Your Scan

For the most accurate results:

Hydrate well drink water before your scan.

Avoid strenuous exercise no intense training 3 hours before.

Skip caffeine/alcohol ideally 24 hours before

Wear light clothing and remove metal jewellery or belts.

Scan at the same time of day because consistency = better comparisons.
