Lymphomania: The 6 Key Areas To Focus On...

20th March

Ever known what it's like to be rubbed up the RIGHT way?

Check out these six key areas that are focused on in our newest class LYMPHOMANIA, courtesy of lymphatic drainage specialist Carli Wheatley (@lymphlover).

1.Collarbone - This is where lymph from the whole body drains to and it's the first area you want to work.

2. Jawbone - At the end of the jaw line, just below the ear is where your vagus nerve is located. It's a great place to massage if you're having a stressful day, experiencing headaches, or to de-puff and sculpt the face.

3. Chest and axillary lymph nodes - The chest area can get really tight from upper body workouts and is a big area for blood flow and lymph flow restriction.

4. Stomach - Our biggest lymph node sits in our belly. Massaging the stomach is great for digestive issues, which could also be causing aches and pains elsewhere in the body.

5. Inguinal lymph nodes - Located around the groin and hips, this is a great area to focus on if you have soreness around your leg joints: ankles, knees and hips.

6. Popliteal lymph nodes - These are located behind the knees. Massaging this area helps with lymph and blood flow to toes, feet and ankles. Perfect for when you're feeling stiff from being sat down all day.
