New Classes for Spring

This May get ready for 4 brand new classes to help get you into the best shape of your life this summer. Inspired by dance, boxing, rowing and ballet, these new classes are the best in fitness innovation around. So what are you waiting for?

Four to the Floor

A choreographed floor based dance class, incorporating lower body conditioning and core work. Wearing dancers’ knee pads expect to be sliding, grinding and squeezing to a soundtrack of R&B slow jams.

Learn the skill of pacing, how to build your engine and unlock speed using your body’s natural biomechanics. Backed by sports science and supported by creative technology, our programmes are for everyone, from athletes wanting to improve their fitness, to competitors aiming for the top of their sport. Rowing uses virtually every muscle in the body, increases aerobic capacity, develops power and builds strength – mentally as well as physically.

A combination of skipping and body weight exercises for all levels. Develop your skipping technique by improving balance, coordination and footwork using a variety of skipping ropes and training ropes to allow all levels to progress while getting a full body workout.
