Stella believes that training should not be a punishment but a celebration of what your body can achieve. She truly encourages woman to get out of their comfort zone by incorporating barbell lifts, compound movements, free weights and strength and conditioning in their training routines. Stella will listen to you, encourage you and make sure that you enjoy the journey. She has many years of experience and is willing to share her passion and experiences with her clients.
